What do you mean we don't know what causes narcissism??? The constant need to beat everyone at everything, to be #1, to be the best at everything was created by the sickest society ever which committed the American Holocaust of 100s of cultures, built its economy on the backs of slaves it imported & which are not free to this day, & sees anyone different as less than they are. It is a society of losers gone wild. They're now in the process of finishing themselves off as they know of no other way than violence to solve problems.
