The purpose of schooling is to raise rigid, obedient, barely literate, noncreative robots who will do as they're told & who kiss the boss's ass whenever he wishes--&, oh yes, spends endlessly for crap no one needs. The schools have done an excellent job achieving their goal. I had hoped COVID would wipe them out as an institution. Unless the kids learn to get along better than their parents have, there's little hope for the future. Schools just foster competition & the need to put everyone else down so I can be #1. Sick process = sick society.
