Thanks for putting this issue out there. I told the CV "experts" to kiss off years ago & have a 7 page CV. I figure if someone is serious, they will at least scan it & look at the parts that are important to them. For me to cut out what are vital parts of almost 6 decades of work is silly.

The only time my CV has ever been quoted back to me was when someone bringing me in to do some human relations consulting with them told me that the moment he decided to bring me in was when he read in my CV that I "was broadly educated in spite of having gone to schools."
