I just wrote this to Medium.com administration:

“All my 100s of comments over the past 2 years have been marked as “yes”, on the Metered Partner Program but I have yet to receive a single cent for these. On a couple of previous occasions when I similarly addressed this issue, I was told that comments never get paid. Then WHY IN HELL DO YOU HAVE THE COMMENT THAT “You did not choose to make this story eligible to earn.” I MOST CERTAINLY DID!!!!!!!!!!!!
