Cultural Relativism Be Damned!

Some cultures are barbaric and need to be damned!

The question becomes: is there an ethical and nonviolent way to depopulate numbnuts cultures like the Taliban or Saudi Arabia that hold their women in such subjugation, force women or children into marriage or undesired sexual relations, force women to live in cloth bags, practice torture or mutilation for imagined criminal offenses, or still practice sexual organ mutilation?
