Journalists & Podcasters: STOP Jeopardizing Lives of Your Guests & News Sources
The Trump MAGAmoron Taliban is back, along with its vengeful & bullying mindset. Your news sources need protection from these spitbrains.
We live in dark times, & it’s going to get darker still before we see much daylight, if ever, again. Minds have been slammed shut; schooljails have done their mind-numbing job & humanity is being driven to the edge of extinction by its own stupidity. Nuclear war is even back on the table as if it were a viable option. Even the so-called “good guys” have been perpetrating a genocide by financing the Israeli Zionists since Zionism appeared a century ago.
With the vengeful barbaric political climate created in the U$ & elsewhere by the return of Trump’s Taliban, you need to give much more consideration to the safety of your guests & news sources who have so much to share & to lose. For example, I was appalled, horrified, by the recent appearance of the son of a January 6th looney who was freed recently by the deranged Orange Turd in the White House. Obviously, he was known to his insane old man whom he turned in, but there was not the slightest attempt to conceal his identity. Now he is known to all the other whackjobs just waiting to unleash their hatred on another young man as an easy target. What is wrong with you????? These people trust you, then you display them to terrorists who will do what they can to harm them.
The 100+ police officers & others whose rights were grossly violated & who were attacked & injured by Trump’s demented crowd on January 6th need to be protected as they speak out against the unhinged rioters who received jokes instead of sentences for having created a riot where several lives were taken & scores were seriously injured & traumatized.
How can you folks not see how reckless you are & how much danger you create for your guests by bringing them on visually as well as vocally? Guests coming onto your shows & podcasts are out of their minds exposing themselves as they do to the visual & vocal scrutiny. It is your job to protect them, but just concealing a last name is too lame because, even I, a computer idiot, can locate most any guest just by searching for their 1st name or profession along with the name of the town in which they work or live. It’s unconscionable to set someone up as an easy target just for the sake of a good story. Even without the aid of searching the internet, one can easily find a vet or a baker or a candlestick maker in a town of 10s or even 100s of 1000s within minutes.
Years ago, I had the unsettling experience of being hailed by a passing motorist who recognized me from a public appearance I had made. Though he meant no harm & was admiring of my 15 minutes of fame, I was startled, downright frightened, by this stranger pulling up to the curb & hailing my name.
Please, consider your actions, or else you are worse than the worst of what is taking place in a world gone mad. Please help get this message to all your editors, co-workers, & media contacts so a more responsible environment would begin to prevail in the news media than has been in evidence. Consider how many journalists have been murdered in recent years, & you too may not want to expose your own faces any longer.
